Dr. O’Neill graduated cum laude from Williams College and then completed medical school and a surgical residency at the University of Rochester. Her Colon and Rectal Surgery fellowship was completed at the University of Toronto in 1997 after which she joined RCRS. Dr. O’Neill grew up in Albany and now resides in Hilton.
