Office Hours:
We see patients every Friday from 8:00 am – 3:30 pm and every Wednesday from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

The phones are answered Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00 pm

Above is a picture of the office; we are located on the north side of the Newark-Wayne Hospital (in the back). Coming from 88, take the right or left onto Frey Street, stop at the stop sign, take a right then take a left onto Candy Apple Lane. We are located on the left as you enter the parking lot. There is a wheelchair ramp for handicapped patients.

From West Pearl, take the right or left into the hospital parking lot and drive around, then take a right. If parking is available, you can park in front.

Park in the back of the hospital and you will enter the building through the door above (Dr Alsalahi). The number on the building says 1304-1312 – DOCTOR’S OFFICE BUILDING. 

Upon arrival, please call 315-359-2670 and press option 9. A staff member will come greet you.
